One of the aspects of iOS 7 that some users are annoyed about is the automatic wallpaper zooming animation in the Lock screen, which can’t be fixed even by disabling the reduce motion option. If you’re also among the unsatisfied ones, you should probably check out a new jailbreak tweak known as NoWallpaperZoomAnimation by Poom Smart.
When you unlock your iOS device, you’ll notice a zoom in animation effect of the wallpaper that happens when the screen is turning on. NoWallpaperZoomAnimation aims to get rid of this animation. Although some users like this feature, others wish that it didn’t exist. The animation is something that can’t be disabled easily, but using the new tweak, you can get rid of the animation within a matter of seconds.
This said, once you install the tweak, a new preference pane will be added to the stock Settings app from where you can enable or disable the tweak on demand. You’ll also find an ‘Up to reduce motion’ toggle which when enabled, prevents the zoom in animation even when the reduce motion option has been enabled.
If you’ve been looking for a way to get rid of the wallpaper animation in the Lock screen, this tweak seems to be a solid solution and takes only a few seconds to set up. To give this tweak a try, head to Cydia now and download it from BigBoss repository for free.

My bad. I had a different interpretation of the tweak. I wanted a tweak that fix the way my lockscreen wallpaper looks. iOS 6 allowed you to manually zoom and set the wallpaper according to your way but now the picture just zoom in. I guess it’s due to the resolution or pixel, not sure. But I just like the way my picture looks in the camera roll rather than having it automatically zoom when setting a wallpaper.
