Over the week, we witnessed a bunch of new jailbreak tweaks and like always, we have compiled a list of the best ones that have been released recently which deserve to be mentioned again. The tweaks range from customizing iOS 7 to making it easier for you to wake up in the morning. These tweaks include EQUAlarm, Flurry and NoWallpaperZoomAnimation. Check out our video walk-through of the best jailbreak tweaks of the week below.
EQUAlarm is one of the most anticipated tweak many jailbreak users have been waiting for. The tweak requires you to solve a math equation when an alarm is ringing before you can dismiss or snooze it. You can also set the difficulty of the math questions ranging from easy ones to insane questions that will give you a hard time solving them in the morning.
EQUAlarm can be downloaded for free from Cydia’s BigBoss repository and it supports iOS 7 devices.
If you’re much into customization of iOS 7, you might be interested in Flurry. The tweak allows you to adjust the blur and tint level across iOS 7 including the Notificaiton Center, Control Center, Home screen dock and many more aspects of iOS 7. Additionally, the tweak also replaces the Navigation Bar with a blur bar as well as the tab bar. The same applies to the action and sharing menu and many other elements of iOS 7.
Flurry is available on Cydia’s BigBoss repository for free of charge.
Last in the list is NoWallpaperZoomAnimation. One of the aspects of iOS 7 that some users are annoyed about is the animation that takes effect immediately after you unlock your device. Original, a zoom in animation of the wallpaper takes place when the screen wakes up after you unlock your device. The animation can’t be disabled even when you turn on Reduce Motion option and there’s no other way you can disable the animation effect.
However, with this tweak, the animation will be temporarily disabled and the zoom in animation will be removed. As you’d expect, the tweak is available on Cydia’s BigBoss repository for free of charge.
