The control center has got 4 apps shortcut. These shortcuts are Flashlight, Clock, Calculator and Camera respectively. There is no way to configure these app shortcuts in the stock Settings. As you are all aware with the new features of iOS 7, it offers not only notification center but also a control center. You can access the Notification center by swiping down from the status bar and access control center by swiping up from the iOS dock at the bottom of the screen.
