In this article I will be showing you five unique apps that I recently came across while preparing for a video on my youtube channel. These are not just any ordinary apps, these are apps that the majority of people will enjoy and find to be useful! All five of these apps are available for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
Coming in at number five is a app called Songify. Songify is the official app of the Gregory Brothers! If your not famaliar with the Gregory brothers, they are the creators of the “AutoTune The News” series on YouTube, and other viral video hits like “Bed Intruder Song”, “Double Rainbow” and “Winning!” The app itself is really quite simple, it allows you to speak into your device, then it will turn your speech into a auto-tuned song! After you have recorded your song you can share it with friends and family!
The fourth app on my list is the Google Plus app. I am really impressed with the interface which has a really cool fading effect as you scroll through your stream! Sharing photos is made simple as you can share directly to events for all your friends to see! Other features include video chatting with up to 9 friends with mobile Hangouts, turning on instant upload to sync photos from your phone to a private Google Plus album? and chatting with a friend or all your friends at once with Messenger from your device!
Number three on my list is the Craigslist Mobile app. Everyone is familiar with this popular classified website and how useful it can be when trying to find an item to purchase or sell. This app makes it simple and easy to find items and even post ads directly from your device! Another cool feature is you can have a quick preview of the posts along with thumbnail of the photos. Craigslist Mobile is supported in all major countries and states.
Number two is an app I overuse, especially during college football season! This app is called ESPN Scorecenter and it offers the most comprehensive global sports coverage available on your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad! You are able to add all your favorite teams so your updated on scores or you can catch up on news coverage of your favorite teams from ESPN and from aggregated, local sources?! One of my most favorite features is the “Push Scoring Alerts” which allows you to get full season and single game alerts such as game start, scoring plays, end of period/quarter/half, and final score alerts.
Coming in at the number one spot is Subway Surfers. This addictive game will have your hands glued to your device for hours with its fast gameplay and stunning HD graphics! The main objective in this game is to Help Jake, Tricky & Fresh escape from the grumpy inspector and his Pitbull dog. Also remember to dodge or jump onto the trains or you will end up dead and will have to start over! Collecting coins during the chase will alow you to purchase items from the store.
